Shipping and Returns


Shipping rates are charged based on a calculation of the weight and volume of your order, to your specified destination. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout. 


We aim to despatch orders within two working days however there may be delays during peak sales and promotional periods. You will be able to view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of your account – this tracking number can be used for shipping status enquiries. Delivery times will vary based on location.


Shipping within Australia is generally carried by Australia Post, though we may opt to use an alternate service where necessary. Please ensure a valid address is supplied - we can deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses.



Courier or postal services are used for international shipping. Your full name, phone number and email address are required for international orders, as well as a valid shipping address.

All international orders exceeding $199.00 AUD in value (excluding shipping costs) will be sent by the most suitable international carrier as determined by Natures Naturals (including Australia Post). Exact shipping and delivery charges shall be determined by your location and the package weight. Natures Naturals reserves the right not to deliver goods to certain countries.

Natures Naturals cannot guarantee that a product can be lawfully imported to the destination country or that a package will be accepted by the relevant customs office as customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. When ordering goods for delivery outside Australia, you or the recipient must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Accordingly, you should check any import laws or regulations that would restrict the importation of the goods prior to purchase and be mindful of the fact that customs clearance procedures can cause significant delays. Natures Naturals cannot be held liable for any shipping issues or delays.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any product ordered is not restricted in their country, and to pay for any applicable customs or import taxes, duties and/or fees.

If you are concerned that your order may be delayed or seized in transit, you should contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If your order is seized by customs, you are responsible for contacting the relevant customs office and resolving the issue. Natures Naturals cannot assist in clearing goods through customs and will not provide a refund or credit for any seized goods.

If your order was refused by customs and returned to Natures Naturals, you will be refunded the original amount of your purchase, minus the shipping fee and a return fee equal to the cost of shipping once the product has been received back into our possession.



We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is confirmed to be faulty or damaged. Alternatively, you have the option of receiving a store credit worth 110% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding shipping). Store credit is valid for three years from the date of issue; any unused credit will expire after this period has elapsed and cannot be reissued.
